Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. It explains our billing, automatic renewal, refund, and cancellation practices for the AI Babysitter subscription.

1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

AI Babysitter is a recurring subscription offered at $25 per month or $250 per year, as selected at checkout. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and your payment method is automatically charged the then-current price until you cancel. Monthly subscriptions renew every month; annual subscriptions renew every year. You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal beyond any notice required by law.

2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FOR PARTIALLY USED BILLING PERIODS, UNUSED TIME, UNUSED TOOL CALLS, OR DISSATISFACTION, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, including renewal charges. Because the subscription is billed in advance and access is provided immediately, charges are final at the time they are made.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time — there are no cancellation fees and no contracts. To cancel:

• open your dashboard and use the manage-subscription option; or
• email us at support@aibabysitter.ai and we will cancel your renewal.

What happens when you cancel: cancellation stops your next renewal charge. Your subscription remains active and you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, your access stops and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not retroactively refund amounts already paid.

4. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices prospectively. We will provide notice before a new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not want to renew at the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.

5. Failed or Disputed Payments; Chargebacks

If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until the payment is resolved. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of cancelling or contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to contest the dispute with evidence of your acceptance of these terms and your use of the Service.
