1. United States Only; No GDPR

The Service is intended solely for users located in the United States. It is not offered or directed to individuals in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any other jurisdiction outside the United States. • Account information: such as your name, email address, and account credentials (your password is stored only in securely hashed form).
• Subscription and billing information: we use a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited details such as your subscription status, plan, and a payment-card brand and last four digits. We do not collect or store your full payment card number.
• Customer Content: the documents, lessons, and data you submit to your knowledge base.
• Usage data: API requests, tool calls, timestamps, request metadata, and similar technical logs used for metering, security, and operating the Service.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and similar information automatically collected when you access the website.

3. How We Use Information

• to provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service;
• to authenticate you and provision your account, API keys, and quota;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions;
• to meter usage and enforce limits and these policies;
• to communicate with you about your account, including transactional emails;
• to monitor, debug, prevent abuse, and improve the Service; and
• to comply with law and enforce our agreements.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers that help us run the Service, such as payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), AI model providers, and cloud hosting, who may process information on our behalf.
• Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Babysitter, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the website and keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You may update your account email or cancel your subscription from your dashboard. You may opt out of non-transactional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in them; we will still send transactional and account-related messages. To the extent any U.S. state privacy law grants you specific rights and applies to us, we will honor those rights to the extent required by that law; you may contact us at support@aibabysitter.ai to make such a request, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
